1. Offer of “Berliner Philharmoniker Recordings”

“Berliner Philharmoniker Recordings” is the Berliner Philharmoniker’s orchestra-owned label which sells products via the online shop on the website www.berliner-philharmoniker-recordings.com (“Online Shop” and “Website”). Users of the shop (for readability reasons hereinafter uniformly “Users” or “You”) can purchase releases of recordings by the Berliner Philharmoniker in both physical form (on audio or audio-visual media) and non-physical form (as audio downloads) through this Online Shop. In addition, various gift items from the „Berliner Philharmoniker“ brand are available for purchase.

2. Use of the Online Shop 

You can access the Online Shop at www.berliner-philharmoniker-recordings.com using a current web browser on an internet-enabled device of Your choice.

Products in the Online Shop can be purchased by registering with an email address and a self-chosen password and completing the checkout process. Most products can also be ordered as a “guest” (“Guest Orders”). Guest Orders do not require registration with a user account. However, non-physical download products (“Music Downloads”) require a user account. These products are therefore not available for Guest Orders.

To purchase a product in the Online Shop, select the item by clicking the “Buy” button. The product will be added to Your digital shopping cart (icon in the upper right corner of the website). By clicking on the shopping cart, You will proceed to the next step of the checkout process. To complete Your purchase, follow the steps of the checkout process by clicking the respective buttons – “Proceed to Checkout”, (if applicable “Log in” / “Register”), “Continue”, and finally “Order with obligation to pay” – to move through each stage. Information about the available payment methods is provided in the second step of the checkout process. Depending on the payment method selected, You may be redirected to the website of a payment service provider, where You will need to authenticate Yourself and authorize the payment.

Users who have a voucher can redeem it by entering the voucher code in the first step of the payment process.

Users who have purchased a music download will find their product in their user account under the section “My Downloadable Products”.

3. Accessibility of the Online Shop 

The Online Shop aims to be available to the widest possible range of customers. To ensure that people with disabilities can also use our services, we are making access barrier-free. The requirements for accessibility are based on the German Accessibility Strengthening Act (Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz, BFSG) and the associated legal ordinance (Verordnung zum Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz, BFSGV).
